We were very pleased with the entire experience of a complete restoration of our historic home in the core of Vineyard Haven. The house was essentially rebuilt from the top down, including moving the house to dig a basement and entirely new foundation. At each step Adam and his team were attentive to our desires to maintain the historic nature of the house while bringing it up to modern standards of construction, technology and efficiency. Original elements were reused where possible and replicas were created where they needed to be replaced. The quality of the construction and the high level of finishes were exactly what we were looking for and Adam’s continued involvement in maintaining and touching up normal wear and tear speaks to his commitment to the quality of his work.

The Bennett’s

Adam supervised and built a quite large and complicated addition to our home in West Chop. The work also included renovation to the kitchen, and resuscitating many much neglected aspects of the existing structure. Through the process Adam was courteous, patient, and diligent. We’ve had consistent contact with him during the building process and after. The high quality of his work to total cost and investment, has proven to be an asset for us. We now have our home exactly the way we wanted, and look forward to working on our Guest House with Adam in the fall.
